ICMR has said that whatever things you buy from the market, first check the label and see what is mixed in that product. If excessive chemicals or unhealthy things are used then do not consume it.

It has already been proved in many types of research regarding protein powder that it causes huge harm to health. At the same time, consuming it in excess will also increase the risk of kidney and heart damage.
