Hyderabad. Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president K.T. Rama Rao agreed with the argument that if party president and former Chief Minister K. Had Chandrasekhar Rao created 32 YouTube channels to counter fake propaganda instead of 32 government medical colleges, the party would not have faced defeat in the recent Telangana assembly elections.
Rama Rao shared this view on ‘X’ on Sunday, almost a month after BRS lost power to Congress. He said, “After the election results, I am getting a lot of interesting reactions and comments. The best response so far is that instead of setting up 32 government medical colleges, KCR Garu should have set up 32 YouTube channels to counter the fake propaganda.”
KTR said, “I agree to some extent with this observation.” BRS had described the establishment of a government medical college in every district as a major achievement during the election campaign.
Lots of Interesting feedback & observations I’ve been getting post election results
The best one thus far;
Instead of setting up 32 Govt Medical Colleges, KCR Garu should’ve setup 32 YouTube channels to counter the fake propaganda.
Agree with this observation to an extent

Responding to KTR’s post, former Congress MLA Anil Erawathri commented, “There is a lot of toxicity against the people of Telangana till now, still not able to digest the people’s mandate. You had to pay the price for your power-hungry thinking. The resources of Telangana were captured by the family of 5/6 people and enjoyed. “More lessons need to be taught.”
After ruling Telangana for two terms, BRS lost power to the Congress. While Congress got 64 seats in the 119-member assembly, BRS could win only 39 seats.
