He told that for this mainly Pawanmuktasana, Ardha Halasana, Uttanpadasana and Halasana are very beneficial.
Do Pawanmuktasana like this
He told that to do Pawanmuktasana, first of all lie down on your back in Shavasana posture. Hold the knees from above with both hands and while inhaling, bring the knees of the legs towards the chest and hold the breath for 10-20 seconds. Release the knees with both the hands, then while exhaling, straighten the legs and return to the normal position.
Do Ardhalasana like this
To do this asana, while inhaling, slowly raise the right leg straight up from the ground. Keep the leg straight from the knee. Now normalize your breathing. Wait for a few moments. While exhaling, bring the leg down. Similarly, do the exercise with the other leg also.
Make Uttanapad easy like this
First of all, lie down on a flat place, now join the toes of both the feet together. After this, take a breath and bring yourself back to normal. Now take a long breath and raise your legs. Keep in mind that the legs have to be raised only around 30 degrees.
Do Halasana like this
First of all, lie down on your back on the mat. After this, keep your hands close to the body. The palms will remain towards the ground. Breathe in and lift your legs upwards. The legs will form a 90 degree angle with the waist. During this time there will be pressure on the abdominal muscles. While raising the legs, support the waist with your hands. Bend the straight legs towards the head and take the feet behind the head. Will touch the ground with the toes of the feet. Remove your hands from your waist and keep them straight on the ground. The palm will remain downwards. The waist will remain parallel to the ground. Remain in this position for one minute. Focus on breathing: While exhaling, bring the legs back to the ground. Do not hurry while leaving the asana. Bring the legs back to normal position in a uniform motion.

He told that practicing all these asanas daily is very beneficial for the stomach. By doing these simple exercises the digestive system becomes stronger.
