The electricity company deposited the amount of electricity bill for five months in advance for the pump connection. Right now the wheat irrigation season is going on and the power company has stopped the power supply, removed the wires from many poles. Crops ready to ripen without irrigation are on the verge of drying up. In the month of November, the power company took nine and a half thousand rupees from 40 farmers of the village in lieu of giving electricity to three horsepower motors. After this, electricity was to be given till April, but the electricity company cut the electricity supply to the village and the fields 15 days ago. The power line was removed from four poles, after which the irrigation of crops has come to a standstill. When Joint Collector Suresh Barhadia sitting in the public hearing asked about the electricity bills, the farmer said that if some people did not pay the electricity bills of the houses, then instead of this, the electricity of the houses should have been cut, it is wrong to stop the electricity supply of the entire village.
