To make wood apple juice, first take the wood apple fruit and soak it in plain water for at least two hours. After the stipulated time, take out the wood apple fruit from the water, wipe it and cut it into 2 pieces. You will see a yellow colored anus inside the vine. Sharbat is made from this pulp present inside the vine. Now take out these anus with the help of a spoon or knife and keep them in a big vessel. Now after that, take out the seeds from the pulp and throw them away. After that now add one or two glasses of cold water to these pulps.
Now after that, mix the anus well in water (if you want, you can also use a grinder). When the anus gets mixed well, then put a strainer in another vessel and filter it.
