Include 5 food groups in your daily diet
Dr. Savita Kumari, an expert working in the Food Department of Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, told Local18 that keeping in mind the changing weather, people should include 5 food groups in their daily diet. He told that the first food group includes grains, which provide energy to people. The second food group is of pulses, from which people get protein. Vegetables and fruits are included in the third food group, from which people get minerals and vitamins.
Greens have been included in the fourth food group, which provides anti-oxidants to people. Curd has been included in the fifth food group. Curd is rich in nutrients, which is known for its various health benefits. Calcium rich curd keeps our bones healthy.

Similarly, spinach is a good source of protein, fiber and minerals. This leafy vegetable also contains omega-3 and folate. But they do not know that it contains Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, which are soluble vitamins.
