Seema Haider’s first husband Ghulam Haider, who lives in Pakistan, has increased Seema’s problems. On Thursday, Ghulam Haider’s lawyer reached Surajpur District Court and filed 156/3 in the court for registering an FIR against Seema, Sachin and her father Netrapal. The court has also issued a notice to Jewar police regarding this. On the notice of the court, Jewar police will have to file its reply by April 18. It is noteworthy that Seema Haider had come to Sachin illegally in Rabupura village of Greater Noida with her four children through Nepal.
Complaint was given to Jewar police
In fact, Momin Malik, the lawyer of Seema Haider’s first husband, Ghulam Haider, had complained in writing about this entire matter to the Jewar police about 20 days ago. But Jewar police did not take any action in this matter. After this, Ghulam’s lawyer approached the court and filed 156/3 in the court. Now in this case, the court has directed the police to file their reply by April 18. Let us tell you that Seema Haider had claimed to marry Sachin Meena. Since then, Seema’s Pakistani husband continuously said various things about Seema and made efforts by her to bring back her children.
Notice of Rs 3 crore each was sent to Seema-Sachin
In this case, Seema’s first husband Ghulam Haider has hired Panipat’s senior advocate Momin Malik for his case. Even before this, Ghulam Haider’s lawyer had sent a notice of Rs 3 crore each to Seema and Sachin. Apart from this, a notice of Rs 5 crore was also sent to Advocate AP Singh. During this time, lawyer Momin Malik had asked the three people to apologize within a month. Seema Haider, a resident of Jacobabad in Sindh province, left her home in Karachi in May last year with her children to go to India via Nepal. Seema came into limelight in July when authorities got information about her living with Indian citizen (now her husband) Sachin Meena in Greater Noida area of Uttar Pradesh. It is being said that Seema is going to be the mother of Sachin’s child.
