India’s explosive wicket-keeper batsman Ishan Kishan has been ruled out of the third and final T20. He suffered a head injury during the second T20I against Sri Lanka. According to media reports, he has not been able to get fit yet and has been given rest. Ishaan was also admitted to the hospital after the injury. However, later he was also discharged. In the third T20, either Mayank Agarwal or Venkatesh Iyer can play Rohit Sharma as an opener.
