The BJP has hit out at former Vice President Hamid Ansari and the Congress over Pakistani journalist Nusrat Mirza’s claims that she had visited India five times during the UPA regime and collected sensitive information about her country. The intelligence agency was given to the ISI. The BJP has sought an explanation from Hamid Ansari and the Congress on the issue.
Pakistani journalist Mirza has claimed that former Vice President Ansari had invited him to visit India five times between 2005-2011. Addressing the press conference on this sensational claim of Pakistani journalist, BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia said, “Mirza said that during his visit to India, he met Hamid Ansari. The information shared in this conversation is highly sensitive and confidential.”
Gaurav Bhatia said, “Pakistan journalist tells that highly sensitive and confidential information was shared not once but five times. He took this information from Hamid Ansari and this information was used against India. Pakistan journalist’s interview is telling that this information was shared with ISI which is Pakistan’s intelligence agency to weaken India.
Hitting out at the Congress, the BJP spokesperson said, “India is playing a leading role in the anti-terrorism campaign all over the world and the Congress government invites such a person to visit India five times between 2005-11. confidential information is shared.”
Bhatia said that the people of the country want to ask whether the Congress government was its policy to end terrorism. He said that Congress was sharing the most secret things of the country with other countries, which they were using for terrorism. That is why the people of the country are upset today. The BJP spokesperson said that the thinking of the Congress party has been to weaken the country.
