BMW on Friday announced to increase the prices of all its cars from next month. Meanwhile, now Toyota Kirloskar Motor has also decided to increase the prices of all its cars. The prices of cars of both these brands will be increased from April 1. Giving information, Toyota said that the prices of its car will be increased by 4 percent. On the other hand, luxury car maker BMW India will increase the price by up to 3.5%.
Explaining the reason behind the increase in the prices of their cars, BMW India and Toyota Motor said that this increase in the price of the vehicles is being done due to the increase in the cost of raw material and logistics. At the same time, Toyota has also said that every effort will be made so that it has less impact on the customers.
Which Toyota vehicles are there in India?
So far, six Toyota cars have been launched in India. Out of this, stylish cars like Innova Crysta, Fortuner, Glanza, Vellfire, Urban Cruise and Camry are included. The company recently launched the Glanza with a premium hatchback in 2022. Which comes with a price of Rs 6.39 lakh ex-showroom. The car sports LED headlamps with LED DRLs and a 9.0-inch smart touchscreen display. At the same time, the company is also preparing to bring Toyota Hilux pickup truck, which was revealed on January 20.
