AIUMM spokesperson Hafiz Ghulam Sarwar has raised questions regarding the ongoing bulldozer action in Uttar Pradesh. Attacking the Yogi government, he said that stone-pelting takes place only then the illegal property is detected.
After the Kanpur violence, the bulldozer is once again in the news. In an ongoing debate on Kanpur violence, Hafiz Ghulam Sarwar got furious over the bulldozer action. He has questioned Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
He said, “These bulldozers have brought democracy Yogi ji. This is not acceptable in Indian democracy. If the public does wrong, there is a constitutional arrangement for that.”
He further said, “I ask Yogi ji that in 6 years of government you came to know about illegal property in Kanpur, not in Allahabad, Lucknow? You are just threatening the Muslims that you cannot do anything. The government should take everyone into confidence.”
During this, Hafiz Ghulam Sarwar started showing the video of the violence and said that by raising slogans, stones were also used and bombs also went off. There, it happened from both sides. Alleging that, see in the video, stones have been thrown from the house where the ocher flag is installed. He said that action should be taken against stone pelters, whoever threw stones.
Let us inform that 50 people have been arrested so far in the Kanpur violence case. Joint Commissioner of Police Anand Prakash Tiwari said that the police is working very clearly and carefully. He told that only those people who were involved in the violence will be punished, no action will be taken against the innocent. He told that whose role was in the violence will also be investigated and the police is doing its job by staying within the ambit of the law.
The Joint Commissioner of Police said that some people have been questioned. Those who are innocent, who have no role in the violence and whose photographs have not been found, are being sent home after interrogation. At the same time, it will also be ensured that no innocent is harassed in any way or any form and the guilty do not escape.
