Lawyer’s allegations: Mohammad Zubair’s lawyer while talking to the media said, “The court hearing was going on and there was a lunch break. The judges had reserved their verdict, but before they came back from lunch, DCP KPS Malhotra leaked this information to the media. After which, while clarifying, DCP Malhotra said that he had wrongly informed the media that Alt News’s Mohammad Zubair has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days.

Police have seized Zubair’s mobile phone and hard disk. Delhi Police has handed over the bank details of Zubair to the ED, in which there is information about money coming from abroad. Delhi Police has given details of Pravda Foundation ICICI Bank to ED on June 29. 56 lakh rupees have come in this account in the last three months, which has been sent by about four thousand people. Sources say that money has also come in the account from Pakistan and Saudi.
