During a TV debate on bulldozer action in Uttar Pradesh, panelist Shivam Tyagi termed the bulldozer as secular and said that in this action the illegal construction of one of Yogi’s ministers has also been broken. The Yogi government is being accused of selective targeting for the bulldozer action following the arrests in the violent demonstrations in Uttar Pradesh over controversial remarks on Prophet Mohammad.
Referring to the bulldozers on the illegal construction of minister Nand Gopal Nandi in the Uttar Pradesh government, Panelist said that nothing could be more about Hindu-Muslim unity than this. He claimed that the bulldozer was secular.
In the TV debate, the panelist said that so far around 322 to 323 arrests have been made, but only 7 or 8 have received this order. He said that even the rest are Muslims, order has not been issued on them, so the matter is clear that their house is built at an authorized place.
At the same time, Mufti Shamoon Qasmi, who was present in the debate, said about the demonstrations against Nupur Sharma that they have no meaning now, when BJP has expelled her from the party. This is against the teaching of Islam. However, he also disagreed with Nupur Sharma’s controversial remarks. He said that the women for whom that prophet has sacrificed so much that before Islam, this position was not achieved.
He supported Nupur Sharma and said that if she had said this in a naive manner, when a person present there was provoking her. He said that Nupur has also expressed regret, so the people who are raising slogans now have nothing to do with the education of Islam.
He said that by spreading anarchy, these people are maligning Islam itself, while it is a religion of practice and peace. I say that the first knowledge of the world is the Vedas and the last knowledge is the Quran, both have the same origin.
