Vishva Hindu Parishad spokesperson Vinod Bansal has raised many questions in a TV debate regarding the violent protests that took place after Friday prayers in many states over the controversial remarks on Prophet Mohammad. He said that if you consider the country as your own, then why do you want to shoot at India with a gun on the shoulders of other countries.
Let us tell you that there are demonstrations demanding the arrest of Nupur Sharma, who was expelled from the BJP for her controversial remarks on Prophet Mohammad. Incidents of violent protests have been reported in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Punjab and West Bengal today. Expressing displeasure over this, the VHP leader has raised questions. Targeting the fundamentalists, he asked why work is being done to make the house of worship a house of terror.
Vinod Bansal said that if you consider the country as your own, then why are you shooting at India with a gun on the shoulders of other countries. If you consider the country as your own, then why do you try to burn the country.
He said, “If you consider the country your own, then why do you leave the mosque and become stone pelters. After all, why do you want to make the house of worship a house of terror? Those who are trying to create such an image of Islam, those who are fundamentalists, will have to intersect themselves.”
Referring to Ajmal Kasab, he said, “This is India, we also gave legal aid to Ajmal Kasab and kept it in the honorable Supreme Court for many years till 3 o’clock in the night so that no wrongdoer should be hanged, who used a gun. The whole world had seen what happened.”
