Congress leaders have opposed the ED’s questioning of former Congress President Rahul Gandhi in the money laundering case related to the National Herald. On Thursday too, Congress workers staged massive protests in many parts of the country. In fact, many leaders were detained by the police during the Congress protests that took place amid the interrogation of the ED. In such a situation, Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot accused the Delhi Police that ED will do its work and Rahul Gandhi is respecting the law. They are cooperating with the investigation. But during this time Delhi Police has created panic. He said that he will complain about this to Amit Shah.
At the same time, amidst the interrogation of Rahul Gandhi by the ED, on Thursday, Congress party leaders met the Lok Sabha Speaker and complained about police action. Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury said that the way we have been subjected to atrocities and violence, we have put our point in front of the speaker. Chaudhary said that our women MPs were misbehaved. His kurta was torn. Our MP Jyoti Mani was treated unfairly.
