The Bharatiya Janata Party on Monday made its first official statement on the Kashi Vishwanath Temple-Gyanvapi Masjid dispute, saying such issues would be resolved as per the Constitution and decided by the courts. BJP president JP Nadda said the party has always talked about cultural development and will follow the court’s order in letter and spirit.
Speaking to reporters on the eve of the eighth anniversary of the Narendra Modi government, JP Nadda said, “We have always been talking about cultural development. But these issues are dealt with in accordance with the Constitution and the decisions of the courts. So, the court and the Constitution will decide on it and the BJP will abide by it.” After the Palampur resolution of June 1989, the BJP started the Ram Janmabhoomi movement. LK Advani had announced Rath Yatra to ensure that a temple is constructed at the birthplace of Lord Rama”.

After the grand Ram temple in Ayodhya, all the pilgrimages like Mathura, Vrindavan, Vindhyavasini Dham, Naimish Dham are once again seen taking new clothes and in these situations we all have to move forward once again.
In the press conference, BJP President JP Nadda said that BJP is ready to take everyone along in building a strong nation. He rejected suggestions that a section of the people (Muslims) feel themselves isolated in the Modi government. He said that the Modi government works on the principle of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas’.
On the Uttarakhand government enacting a Uniform Civil Code, JP Nadda said, “It is fine. They (Uttarakhand) are discussing this. We have been saying that everyone should be treated equally. Our broad framework is justice for all and no appeasement. This is our core principle and we are working according to that.”
