In recent times, the internal battle in the Congress party and the party’s massive defeat in the assembly elections is now being discussed outside the party as well. Talks are going on among all the political parties on this, there is a constant debate on TV channels as well. Spokesmen of many parties have started commenting about the Congress party on TV channels.
Congress spokesperson Supriya Shrinet strongly opposed this in a debate with Anchor Rubika Liaquat on ABP news channel. He said that as much as you people are worried about the problems of the Congress party, it would have been better if you people debated about the problems of the country. Said that “barring public problems, the work of misleading people should stop, Charan Magnet should be stopped. BJP’s surrogate on Facebook should stop. The level playing feel has been completely restarted and it is hit later that it should stop. The atmosphere of animosity must end.”
During this, he took a strong objection to the question of Anchor Rubika Liaquat and said that “Rubika ji, you pass the judgment and go ahead and misbehave, do not allow the guest to speak. It’s pointless to argue with that.” On this, Rubika said that when we showed you the mirror, then we started calling us abusive, if we kept the truth in front of you, then you did not answer and started telling us to judge. During this, there was a fierce debate between the two. Meanwhile, BJP spokesperson KK Sharma, who was trying to speak, could not keep his word.
Due to internal strife in the Congress party, a situation like rebellion of the leaders is being created in the party. Disgruntled leaders are challenging the leadership by holding their own separate meeting. On Wednesday, some G-23 leaders met at the residence of senior leader Ghulam Nabi Azad over dinner. Three newcomers also arrived – veteran leader Mani Shankar Aiyar, Lok Sabha MP and former Punjab CM Amarinder Singh’s wife Preneet Kaur, and Gujarat leader Shankersinh Vaghela, who quit the Congress in 2017. Vaghela joined the NCP in 2019, but left last year. It is being told that he wants to return to Congress.
