Action has been taken under the National Security Act (NSA) against the accused in the case of obscenity and molestation of tribal girls at Bhagoria fair in Walpur, Alirajpur, Madhya Pradesh. In this incident that took place on March 11, the police have imposed Rasuka against four people and sent them to jail. Let us inform that a total of 15 people were made accused in the case.
In fact, in the video that surfaced on Tuesday, some youths were seen beating up a group of tribal girls. During this, the girls also scuffle with the young man for rescue. A young man is also seen plucking the hair of the girl seen in the video and hitting her head one after the other.
Police had arrested 15 accused
In the Bhagoria fair to be held in Alirajpur on Sunday, a video of some youths doing obscenity with the tribal girls who had come to the fair went viral. In the viral video, more than a dozen youths were seen doing obscene acts by forcibly grabbing the girls standing in the fair. In the video, many youths were also seen forcibly dragging a young woman. Someone had made the video of this absurdity done by the youths viral on social media. When the video reached the police, Alirajpur SP automatically took cognizance of the matter and started action. After which some youths who made the video viral have also been detained by the police. Which the police are investigating.
Within 48 hours of the incident, 15 accused were arrested by the police in the case of obscenity with tribal girls in Bhagoria fair to be held in Alirajpur. Among the arrested accused, 12 were residents of Manawar in Dhar district. While 3 are residents of Alirajpur district. Alirajpur SP has said to appeal in Fastrack Court for hearing the matter. Actress Urmila Matondkar also tweeted about the strict action on the incident.
Won’t compromise on women’s safety: SP Manoj Singh
Alirajpur SP Manoj Singh said, ‘Four main accused have been booked under sections of NSA. We will not compromise on any level regarding women’s safety and such acts will not be tolerated. All four have been sent to Ujjain jail. Let us tell you that the four accused against whom action has been taken under the sections of the NSA are Narendra Davar (25), Vishal Kiyadia (18), Dilip Waskel (30) and Munna Bhil (30).
