Al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri has sparked fire by releasing a video regarding the Karnataka hijab case. In the nine-minute video, he instigated the Indian Muslims to raise their voice against it. At the same time, he has praised Muskan Khan, a student of Karnataka who raised the slogan Allahu Akbar. The issue cropped up in News18’s show Aarpar. When Anchor Amish Devgan questioned Muslim scholar Shoaib Jamai, he got angry and started reading the entire disclaimer.
The anchor questioned that you had said on the High Court’s decision that it is wrong. You do not agree with this. You have the right to disagree. You said that who is the court to decide such a thing? Zawahiri has also been saying the same thing. Did you talk on the phone?
Shoaib Jamai got enraged by this question and started reading the disclaimer. He said, “Whatever I will say in this debate. Every word of this shall not pertain to personal sarcasm, whether living or dead. All are based on fictional events. My disclaimer.”
Shoaib further said, “Now listen, for the last few years, some political parties are continuously asking for votes in the name of Muslims like beggars, some are asking for votes in the name of Hijab and some are asking for votes in the name of Aajan. Those who are working to link the Muslims of this country to the Taliban and Al Qaed, they are doing the work of spreading hatred.
