A big controversy has come to the fore before the hearing of the Gyanvapi Masjid dispute case. The matter of scam has come to the fore in the land of the mosque. The mosque committee has been accused of scam. According to a news, 140 years old revenue record related to Gyanvapi has been found, due to which the mathematics of the case seems to be changing. In the 40-year-old measles, the land of the mosque has been given as 31 biswa, whereas in the survey of the court commissioner, only 14 biswa land was given. There is a scam in the whole case.
According to the news of ABP, Mukhtar Ahmed Ansari has filed an application to become a party in this case. He is also preparing to file suit in this matter. According to Mukhtar, this copy of measles has been taken out 5 days ago. This record is 140 years old. Ansari says that he will present all the documents before the court. Whatever scam has happened should come to the fore. The culprits should be punished after investigating how the land of the mosque was reduced.
Ansari said that the Masjid Committee should have kept all the truth related to the scarcity of land in front of the public. On a question, he said that only the mosque committee can answer how the land was reduced. But they feel that this truth should come in front of the people. He will take the matter before the court in any case. For now, he is not going to back down.
The new case filed in the Gyanvapi case in Varanasi has now gone to the fast track court. Civil Judge Ravi Diwakar, while hearing the matter, transferred the case to the fast track court. He said that now Special Judge Mayank Pandey will hear the matter. If the matter goes to the fast track, there is a quick hearing or it can be heard on a daily basis.
