In Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, on June 18, the very first rain of monsoon exposed the drain and cleaning campaign. Let us inform that due to the waterlogging on the roads due to rain, a constable couple along with their scooty fell into the drain near Kishanpur Tirahe on Ramghat Road of Aligarh. Its video is also going viral on social media.
In fact, constable Dayanand Singh, posted in the police station Bannadevi, was going to see a doctor along with his wife. When he reached in front of Baba Market located at Kishanpur Tiraha, he did not see the main hole due to the water being filled on the road and he fell into the drain along with the scooty. It is seen in the video that as soon as he fell in the drain, a person nearby ran to get him out.
The good thing is that the constable couple were immediately pulled out of the drain. After which he was taken to the hospital and sent home after giving him first aid. Let us inform that due to the rain, the situation was such that many two-wheelers were stopped and the drivers were seen dragging them on foot.

Whom to thank?”
