Many students from India who are coming back from Ukraine are bringing their pets with them. One such student is Rishabh Kaushik, who has been living in Ukraine for three years and is studying computer engineering. Rishabh is not ready to return to India without his pet dog Malibu. Because of this, he is hiding in a bunker in the capital Kyiv.

Because he is afraid that in this situation of war he may lose his life. However, due to non-completion of paper work, he was not able to board the flight with them.
Keeping such a situation in mind, an advisory was declared by the Government of India. According to which every Indian student will be able to bring their pets along with them.
