New Delhi. India continues to have tensions with China and Pakistan, but these two countries are not the biggest headache for India right now. The biggest headache for India is Canada. Foreign Minister Jaishankar has said this. Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar on Sunday criticized the Justin Trudeau government of Canada. Foreign Minister Jaishankar said that in the name of freedom of expression, Canada is giving legitimacy to those who support extremism, separatism and violence.
According to the English newspaper Hindustan Times, Jaishankar said that Justin Trudeau’s country i.e. Canada thinks that there will be no reaction to his policy of promoting criminals. Jaishankar said that Canada is our biggest problem right now. He said that when the current government of Canada gives legitimacy to those advocating extremism, separatism and violence and you say something to them about this, their answer is that we are a democratic country and this is freedom of expression. Jaishankar clearly said that there will be protest against whatever is happening there. Jaishankar said that Canada gives visa to those who commit organized crime in Punjab. Many such people have been welcomed in Canada. All of them are wanted criminals in India. Jaishankar questioned Canada as to why it gave visas to these people. The Foreign Minister also alleged that many such people go to Canada through fake documents and get permission to stay there.
Actually, there has been tension between India and Canada for a long time. The reason for this is the murder of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar. Canada has recently arrested three people in connection with the murder of Nijjar. All these gangsters are said to be associated with Lawrence Bishnoi gang, but Canadian PM Justin Trudeau keeps alleging that Indian agencies got Hardeep Singh Nijjar murdered. Even after the arrest of three accused, Justin Trudeau had shown his attitude towards India.
