Whenever we are hungry and mother is not at home, we only remember Swiggy or Zomato. Even in difficult situations, he comes to your house with food. However, one such delivery boy, who saved him from hunger, saved the life of a retired colonel.
Swiggy had informed about this incident through its Instagram post. The colonel, who survived because of the delivery boy, also thanked him after being discharged from the hospital. According to detailed information, on December 25, the health of retired General Colonel Manmohan Malik suddenly worsened. His son started taking him to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai to save him. However, there was a lot of traffic in the middle and he was trapped in the car. It was very difficult for both the father and son to get out. Manmohan’s son asked some two-wheeler driver to help him, but no one stood. However, then this Swiggy delivery boy named Mrinal arrived there and took him to the hospital as soon as possible.
Mrinal made the colonel and his son sit on the back of his bike and started making way through the traffic. He was shouting at the people who were not removing their vehicles, asking them to clear the way. After much effort, he reached the hospital, where he asked the hospital staff to take action as soon as possible in view of the patient’s condition. After spending a few weeks in the hospital, the colonel is now in good health and he too praised Mrinal a lot.
