JEE Main 2022 Exam: The applications for the first phase of JEE-Main, 2022 have started from March 1 and the last date is March 31, 2022. Apart from Hindi and English, the exam will be conducted in Gujarati, Assamese, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu languages. The first phase of Joint Entrance Examination-Main (JEE-Main) to be conducted for admission to engineering colleges will be conducted in April and the second phase will be held in May. National Testing Agency (NTA) officials gave this information. Officials said that the first phase of the examination will be conducted from April 16 to 21 and the second phase will be conducted from May 24 to May 29.
JEE Main 2022 Exam: These two papers will be in Joint Entrance Examination-Main
Joint Entrance Examination-Main consists of two papers. The first paper is conducted for admission to undergraduate courses of BE and BTech in NITs, Triple IT and other centrally funded technical institutes and institutes and universities funded and recognized by the state governments. It is also the eligibility test for JEE (Advanced) which is conducted for admission to IITs. The conduct of the second paper B. Arch and B. Planning is done for courses.
JEE Main 2022 Exam: All you need to know
Students who have completed class 12 or its equivalent examination in the year 2020-2021 or appearing for class 12 board examination in 2022 are eligible to apply for JEE Main 2022. Applicants who have successfully qualified in JEE Main and ranked in top 2.5 candidates will be eligible for JEE Advanced 2022.
There is no age limit for candidates to appear in JEE (Main) – 2022. Candidates who have passed class 12/equivalent examination in 2020-2021, or appearing in 2022 irrespective of their age, can appear in JEE (Main) – 2022 exam. However, candidates may need to fulfill the age criteria of the institute(s) in which they are willing to take admission.
