From politicians to Bollywood and sports world, all the celebrities are giving best wishes to the fans on Navratri through social media. Apart from this, many celebrities from all over the world are wishing India a Happy Navratri. Meanwhile, Hindu cricketer Liton Das in Bangladesh also congratulated the countrymen on Durga Puja through Facebook. But many fanatics did not like this at all. Not only this, the fundamentalists threatened him and many people commented and even asked Liton Das to convert.
Let us inform that Liton Das shared the photo of Durga Devi from his official Facebook account. Also he wrote, Mahalaya Mubarak! Mother is coming. But the fanatics in Bangladesh have been furious after the Hindu cricketer Liton Das congratulated him on Durga Puja. The fundamentalists are so stunned by his post that they are also using offensive language against the cricketer.
This is not the first time that Bangladeshi cricketer Liton Das has congratulated him on the Hindu festival. It is to be known that earlier Das had earlier posted congratulating him on Krishna Janmashtami. Even after this, Liton Das was targeted by the radicals and was trolled on social media as well as threatened. It is to be known that people and temples of Hindu community are being targeted continuously in Bangladesh. In the past several months, there have been reports of attacks on Hindu families in Bangladesh and many temples being damaged by miscreants.

This is not the first instance of hatred towards the Hindu community in Bangladesh. Earlier too, a video went viral on social media, in which the reporter is asked the name of the child’s favorite player in which the child expresses his desire to meet Muslim players from Bangladesh. But Soumya refuses to meet Sarkar because he is a Hindu.
