New Delhi. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) released its third list of candidates for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections on Thursday, March 21, 2024. BJP’s third candidate list includes 9 candidates for parliamentary seats in Tamil Nadu. In this list, Tamil Nadu BJP chief Annamalai has been given ticket from Coimbatore Lok Sabha seat. Meanwhile, Tamilisai Soundararajan, who resigned from the post of Telangana Governor two days ago, has been given the ticket from Chennai South.
BJP has fielded Vinod P. Selvam from Chennai Central. Besides, AC Shanmugam has been given the ticket from Vellore, while C. Narasimha is the candidate from Krishnagiri. Apart from this, L Murugan has been made the candidate from Nilgiri.

Sundararajan joined BJP on Wednesday, a day after resigning from the post of Governor (March 20, 2024). He resigned from the BJP in 2019 to take up the role of Governor of Telangana. He was appointed as the Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry in 2021.
BJP V.P. Has been given ticket. Selvam from Central Chennai, A.C. from Vellore. Shanmugam, Krishnagiri to C. Narasimhan, T.R. Parivendra from Perambalur, and Nainar Nagendran from Tuticorin. Apart from this, Union Minister L. Murugan has been given the ticket from Nilgiri constituency.
