Controversy is increasing in Madhya Pradesh regarding the leak of Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) papers. It is being discussed a lot on social media. A TET exam candidate had made a big claim in this regard on March 25. Candidate Madan Mohan Dohare had claimed that a youth from Dholpur, Rajasthan showed him the screenshot of the paper when he was returning from Bhopal after giving the examination. This paper was given to him by Laxman Singh. After this Dohare shared this screenshot on social media.
After this, Congress spokesperson KK Mishra accused Chief Minister’s OSD Laxman Singh Makram of being behind this paper leak. Dr Anand Rai, the whistleblower of Vyapam scam, had also demanded in this matter that who is Laxman Singh mentioned in the social media post… it should be investigated.
protest against disturbances
After this, on Sunday, Laxman Singh had filed a complaint against Mishra and Rai with the police under the sections of SC / SST, saying that these allegations have been made to tarnish their image. On Monday, the candidates of TET exam along with Congress workers demonstrated in front of the board office and demanded cancellation of the exam.
Candidate said – there is proof
A candidate on the condition of anonymity said, “These screenshots are proof that the pep-up was leaked.” The use of mobile phones and other electronic devices was prohibited at the examination centre. Then how did the agent get the screenshot? This is a deliberate scam and it should be investigated. We are demanding to cancel the exam.
Allegation of discrepancy in the result of constable examination
Recently, the students who had appeared in the constable recruitment examination are also involved in this demonstration and they had demanded the re-declaration of the result. Vikas Meena, a candidate for constable examination, said, “When the results of constable recruitment examination were declared on March 24, my name was in the list of qualified candidates. After 12 hours when I checked my result again I saw that my name is not in the list of qualified candidates. How this happened, I don’t know…but it is surprising to me.’ Another woman candidate also made the same claim.
Congress raised this demand
Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee state president Kamal Nath said, ‘The state government should get a clean inquiry done in this matter. But the candidates are losing faith in the system. It is about the future of the unemployed.
Home Minister Narottam Mishra said, ‘Some people have hatched this conspiracy to malign the image of the Chief Minister. We will get the complaint, then we will investigate the matter. On the other hand, the chairman of the board, ICP Kesari said, “We are investigating the TET case, but in the initial investigation, we have not found any wrongdoing.” He also said that there is no discrepancy in the result of the first phase of constable recruitment examination. This result has been released only once.
