Gwalior (Naiduniya Representative). The preparations for Mahashivratri have started in the Shiva temples located in the city. Due to corona infection, devotees were not able to express their feelings towards Lord Shiva by reaching the temple for the last two years, but this year they will be able to worship Shiva with pomp on March 1. At present, painting is going on in Shiva temples. The concerned temple management has submitted the preparations to the committees. Most devotees reach Achaleshwar Temple, Koteshwar Temple, Gupteshwar and Bhuteshwar Temple for Mahashivratri Puja. So special preparations are going on here. Police personnel will also be stationed here to organize the crowd of devotees.

The temple will be decorated with flowers and attractive lighting will be done. Five gates will be made for the devotees to enter the temple properly. There will be a separate gate for the entry of women devotees. Women will be given entry through a gate made by Nandi Baba. 30 stalls will be set up for distribution of Prasad. The doors of the deity will be opened for darshan from 12 o’clock in the night. Not only this, the traffic passing through Achaleshwar Road will be diverted and lights will be made from the side of the house.

Painting of Koteshwar temple complex for Mahashivratri is going on right now. The temple will be decorated attractively for this day. Two gates will be kept for the entry and exit of devotees, so that the crowd will not be able to gather at one place. On the day of Mahashivratri, a small fair will be organized here, from where children can buy toys and swing. Parking will be arranged near Vinay Nagar. The doors of the temple will be opened from 12 midnight for the darshan of the Lord.
Abhishek will be of Gupteshwar Mahadev
The doors of the temple will be opened at 12 midnight. After Abhishek, the journey of Gupteshwar Mahadev will be taken out at 11 am, which will reach Achaleshwar temple at 5 pm via Laxmiganj. A three-day special worship will be held in the courtyard of Balaji Dham Kali Mata Temple in Bahodapur from February 28 and will continue till March 2. During this time the Kalsarp Dosh of the devotees will be removed.
