Minister of State for Home Dilip Walse-Patil said most of the cases were registered under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code and the proposal would be placed before the state cabinet for approval.
Walse-Patil indicated here on Tuesday that after the cabinet approval, all such cases registered across the state would be withdrawn.
