New Delhi. TMC leader Mahua Moitra’s troubles, surrounded by allegations of taking money and asking questions in Parliament, are not showing any signs of stopping. While earlier the Ethics Committee had recommended cancellation of his Parliament membership, today the Lokpal has recommended a CBI inquiry against him. However, now CBI has started its investigation. Now what action does the investigating agency take in the coming days? Everyone’s eyes will be on this, but before that let us know the whole story in detail.
In fact, recently, BJP leader Nishikant Dubey had written a letter to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, accusing TMC leader Mahua Moitra of taking money from businessman Darshan Hiranandani and asking questions in Parliament in his interest. However, Mahua rejected these allegations outright and made it clear that he is fiercely targeting the Modi government at the Center regarding the Adani issue in the Parliament, due to which Nishikant Dubey, upset with him, is trying to target me, but I am not afraid of any kind of investigation. I am ready to face every kind of investigation.
Let us tell you that recently Mahua Moitra was interrogated by the Ethics Committee, in which many questions were asked to her. On the other hand, during a conversation with the media, Mahua bluntly said that very personal questions are being asked to her by the Ethics Committee, which is not appropriate at all. Not only this, recently a recommendation was also made to cancel his Parliament membership, for which voting was also held. Not only this, 6 out of 10 members voted in favor of canceling Mahua’s Parliament membership. However, now CBI has taken the responsibility of investigating the entire case. Now, what will be the direction of this whole matter in the coming days? Everyone’s eyes will be on this.
