Ingredients to make Crispy Ladyfinger
Lady’s finger – 250 grams, gram flour – half cup, rice flour – half cup, turmeric – 1/4 tsp, red chili powder – 1/2 tsp, cumin powder – 1/2 tsp, coriander powder – 1/2 tsp, chaat masala – 1/2 tsp, lemon juice, oil – for frying, salt – as per taste
How to make Crispy Ladyfinger
To make crispy ladyfinger, first wash the ladyfinger and then dry it and wipe it with a cotton cloth. Now cut the ladyfinger into big pieces and remove the seeds inside it. Now put the ladyfinger pieces in a vessel and add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and chaat masala and mix well with the ladyfinger. After this, add one spoon lemon juice and salt as per taste to the ladyfinger.
Now let the ladyfinger marinate for 10 minutes. After this, add gram flour and rice flour to ladyfinger and mix well. Keep in mind that the ladyfinger pieces should have good coating of gram flour and rice flour. Keep in mind that do not add water at all to Bhindi otherwise it will become sticky. Now turn on the gas and put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil is hot, add the coated ladyfinger pieces to the pan and let them fry. Keep turning the ladyfinger in between. Keep the gas flame medium only. Fry the ladyfinger until it becomes crisp and golden. After this, take it out in a plate. Serve Crispy Bhindi
