How to make semolina pudding for Kanya Puja?
To prepare semolina pudding, you have to take 250 grams of semolina. Filter it and clean it.
To put in halwa, take the same amount of sugar as semolina i.e. 250 grams.
Make semolina pudding in desi ghee, it gives a different taste and aroma.
To make semolina halwa, you have to use about 200 grams of desi ghee.
First of all, put semolina in a pan and fry it on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
Now add more than half the ghee in the semolina and fry for 2-3 more minutes.
On the other hand, put three times the water of sugar and semolina in a pan on the gas and make syrup.
You just have to cook it till the sugar dissolves in water and at this time add ground cardamom powder.
Pour half of the prepared syrup into the roasted semolina and stir while mixing the semolina.
Add the remaining syrup to the semolina and reduce the gas flame.
You have to cook the halwa while stirring occasionally until the semolina swells.
When the halwa becomes thick, turn off the gas. You can keep the halwa as thick or thin as per your choice.
If you like saffron, then add some soaked saffron while making the syrup.
Delicious semolina pudding is ready, serve it by adding your favorite dry fruits.
