Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati once again targeted the government over inflation and said that the people are now forced to suffocate due to rising prices of essential commodities like petrol, diesel and cooking gas. BSP chief Mayawati wrote through Twitter on Thursday that the people, who are facing tremendous pressure and stress due to rising inflation, unemployment, poverty in the country, are now forced to live by suffocation due to rising prices of essential commodities like petrol, diesel and cooking gas. Yes, this is very worrying. The central government must take this matter seriously.
It is to be known that even before this, the BSP chief had targeted the Central Government regarding inflation and said that after the completion of the Legislative Assembly General Elections in five states of the country, till now the prices of diesel and petrol etc. have increased, which is directly hitting the poor and middle classes. The central government must take appropriate steps to reduce it.
It may be mentioned that all the opposition parties of UP are attacking the central government regarding the increase in petrol and diesel. Earlier, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav had also targeted the inflation. Said that the public is saying that if the price of petrol continues to increase by 80 paise per day or about 24 rupees per month, then the next election which will be held in November-December, meanwhile the price will increase by about Rs 175 in 7 months, which means today’s 100 Petrol will increase to Rs 275 a liter from Rs. This is the math of BJP’s inflation.
