Russian officials have vehemently denied Ukraine war crimes, claiming that Western countries have ignored war crimes committed by Ukraine. The International Criminal Court has held Putin responsible for war crimes in Ukraine. Meanwhile, Dmitry Medvedev said on Thursday that if any attempt is made to arrest Putin, it will be considered as a declaration of war against Russia. Medvedev is currently the deputy head of Russia’s powerful Security Council.
Medvedev threatened missile attack
Medvedev said in a video released on Telegraph that if there is an attempt to arrest Putin, all our missiles in that country will be turned away. He is constantly threatening nuclear attack. In a statement, Medvedev said, “Every day foreign arms supplies to Ukraine will lead to a nuclear holocaust.” Earlier, during the visit of Chinese President Putin to Moscow, both the leaders had given a very strong message to the western countries.
Chinese President Xi Jinping smilingly told Vladimir Putin ‘change is coming’ in a farewell message as he departs from Moscow after talks with the Russian President. Xi told Putin, ‘Change is coming that has not happened in 100 years. And we are driving this change together.’ These words will certainly set off alarm bells in the West, reports DailyMail. Jinping said- ‘Please, take care, dear friend.’ The Russian President had asked Xi to have a “safe journey”. In February 2022, the pair announced that they had established a ‘no limits’ friendship.
