new Delhi. Passengers traveling on Green, Violet and Pink lines of Delhi Metro were affected due to technical snag on these lines on Thursday morning.
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation said on Twitter, “Services are delayed on Violet, Green and Pink lines. Please allow some extra time for your commute.”
However, he later said that the problem has been fixed. At the same time, some passengers tweeted and complained about the delay.
Amit Tiwari said that “What’s normal, I’m still stuck at Badal Mor metro station. It’s been four hours.”
Another passenger Yogesh Kadian said that “the green line is still affected and they had to wait for 20 minutes for the train.”
Some even said, “Don’t feel bad, it’s Holi.”
However, DMRC claimed that the problem has been rectified.
DMRC tweeted, “Services normalized. However, to avoid any further inconvenience, the system is still under surveillance. Passengers are requested to give some extra time to their commute.”
