To overcome the shortage of teachers in the government schools of the state, the primary teacher eligibility test, class three, which has been stuck for a long time, has started from Saturday. 10 examination centers have been set up in Jabalpur. Where about 2500 candidates are giving the exam in two shifts. Arrangement has been made to seat 250 candidates in an examination center. In this way, about 96 thousand 619 candidates will appear in this examination conducted online till March 26, 2022. Adequate security arrangements have also been made in the examination centres. The special thing is that for the children of female candidates and their relatives who brought them, arrangements have been made for proper seating arrangement near the examination center and water, free parking etc.
To maintain the secrecy of the primary teacher eligibility test being conducted by the Board of Vocational Education, the arrangements for the examination are being ensured by the divisional office.
One observer stationed at each centre: An invigilator has been deployed at each center for the smooth conduct of the examination. Whereas ASP Crime Gopal Khandel has been appointed in-charge of police examination to maintain security. While two male and one female security guards have also been deployed.
There will be a shortage of teachers in schools: In fact, under the Madhya Pradesh School Education Department and Tribal Department, about five thousand primary teachers are to be recruited in government schools. The Combined Eligibility Test to determine the eligibility for recruitment to primary teacher posts in schools of the Department of School Education and Schools of the Department of Tribal Affairs had been deferred for the past several years. The last examination was held in the year 2011-12. The students were eagerly waiting for the exam. It is believed that after the examination, the shortage of teachers will be removed by appointing the selected teachers in the schools.
