Voting for the second phase of Lok Sabha elections 2024 was completed on Friday, April 26. In this voting held on a total of 88 seats in 13 states of the country, people voted with enthusiasm. The Election Commission has said that voting has now been completed in 14 states and union territories of the country. However, there are still 5 phases of elections left in various states. 61 percent voting
According to the information given by the Election Commission, about 61 percent (60.96 percent) voting took place in the second phase of the Lok Sabha elections 2024. It is believed that this figure may increase till the last update comes. However, in the second phase of the last Lok Sabha elections held in 2019, 67.6 percent voting took place in 95 constituencies in 13 states. It is believed that due to the scorching heat, many people did not reach the polling stations in both the phases.

Voting for the third phase of Lok Sabha elections will take place on May 7. In this phase, voting will be held for 94 seats in 12 states and union territories. The results of all seats will come together on June 4.

After the completion of the second phase of elections, PM Modi has said that NDA will get huge support. He said that the second phase of Lok Sabha elections has been very good for the Bharatiya Janata Party led NDA. The PM said that he is thankful to those who voted across the country today. The unmatched support NDA is getting is going to further disappoint the opposition. The PM claimed that voters want good governance from the NDA.
