Nainpur (Naiduniya News). Mandla Block Youth Congress Nainpur organized a one-day sit-in demonstration in front of Chiraidongri bus stand and burning effigies of the regional MP regarding the problems being faced by the people of the district due to non-running of train from Mandla to Nainpur-Balaghat-Jabalpur. District Congress Committee President, present in the protest demonstration, Ed. Rakesh Tiwari surrounded the BJP government along with Faggan Singh Kulaste and Sampatiya Uike, both MPs of the district for not providing rail facilities to the general public, and demanded the resignation of both the MPs ethically by giving them the title of passive MP. District Youth Congress President Ashish Jain said that due to non-operation of passenger train from Mandla and running of Dolomite goods train from Chiridongri station, he called the government and MPs as puppets in the hands of the traders and during the effigy burning, the policemen entered the stage. He took a jibe at the BJP for his behavior as an agent.
All the speakers present, including senior Congress leader Gulab Singh Uike, gave their views in the sit-in demonstration to start the rail facility. After this, a memorandum was submitted to the SDM in the name of the Railway Minister. During the protest, District Congress Committee President Rakesh Tiwari, Gulab Singh Uike, Youth Congress District President Ashish Jain, Assembly Youth Congress President Rahul Singour, Block Youth Congress President Sanju Ahirwar, District Congress Secretary Shankar Patel, Block Congress Committee President Sarju Tiwari, District Youth Congress Vice President Pranay Bhandari, Nainpur City President Piyush Khandelwal, Bamhani Nagar President Shashank Janghela, Dharmesh Tiwari, Rajiv Vaishnav, Shivam Gupta, Rajaram Fuljharia, Inderjit Bhandari, Laxman Singor, Ayub Khan, Sandeep Markam, Rahul Shrivas, Alok Patel, Pintu Rai , Sandeep Chandrol, Sohail Malik, Ishu Banshkar, Sarvesh Yadav, Vishal Chandrol, Aryan Namdev, Satyendra Shivvanshi, Durgesh Thakur, Mayank Khandelwal, Sahil Pipre, Santosh Mishra, Nitesh Rajput, Sheetal Khandelwal, Kailash Parte, Nilesh Rai, Jagdeep Singh, Prakash Sharma, Bablu Karthikeya and hundreds of Congress workers were present.
Mandla Jabalpur rail service may start from March 1: The operation of passenger rail from the district headquarters is closed for almost 7 years due to change of gauge. The train is not running even after the gauge change. The demand for running the train continuously is being raised. Political parties and regional public are demanding to run the train at the earliest by dharna, demonstration. Despite this the train is not running. For this, Union Minister Faggan Singh Kulaste and Rajya Sabha member Sampatiya Uike have also been meeting the Railway Minister from time to time to apprise the demand of the regional people for running the train. After continuous efforts, it is now expected that Mandla to Jabalpur rail service can start from March 1. In this regard, Rajya Sabha member Sampatiya Uikey has provided information. She met the Union Railway Minister on Wednesday. After which this possibility has been strengthened. Rajya Sabha member Sampatiya Uikey on Wednesday met Union Railway Minister Ashwani Vaishnav and urged him to start Mandla Jabalpur and Mandla Nagpur rail service at the earliest. The Railway Minister has assured to start the train service at the earliest. Sampatia Uike talked about starting Mandla Jabalpur rail service from March 1. On which the Railway Minister has assured to take a decision soon.
