Nuclear War in 2022: The war between Russia and Ukraine continues and now the fear of nuclear attack has also arisen. Russian President Vladimir Putin has shown Western countries the fear of a nuclear attack. Putin has ordered the nuclear weapons-handling force to be on high alert. The latest news is that Belarus is fully assisting Russia in planning a nuclear attack. Belarus has breached the Nuclear Neutrality Treaty by allowing Putin to deploy its nuclear missiles to Belarus and attack Ukraine from there if necessary. After this the fear of nuclear war has increased in the world. Let us tell you, the last time atomic bombs were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945 and there was great devastation. The President of Ukraine has described the next 24 hours as important for his country.
Nuclear War: America is also ready
When Putin put nuclear weapons on alert, America also swung into action. America has put its strategic missiles on alert. These have supersonic missiles and can also carry out nuclear attacks. The US has termed the Russian move to put nuclear weapons on alert as “dangerous” and “unacceptable”. Along with this, China has also been asked to condemn. NATO strongly condemned Russia’s move as irresponsible. Meanwhile, 27 European Union (EU) countries and several others have declared their skies closed to Russian aircraft. Also the US, UK, Japan and the EU have announced the exclusion of Russian banks from the trade payment system SWIFT. President of Putin’s special Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has warned of a third world war by imposing tough sanctions on Russia.
On Sunday, Ukraine agreed to hold talks and sent its delegation, hours after initially rejecting Russia’s offer of unconditional talks in Belarus. The talks between the two countries will take place on the banks of the Pripyat River on the Ukraine-Belarus border. Earlier, Russia had announced not to stop the attack during the talks, but Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko spoke to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and assured the Ukrainian delegation of full security.
Zelensky has said that he will do everything possible to restore peace in the country. Russian President Putin has warned Ukraine of heavy bloodshed if it does not hold talks. Putin said in his address to the nation that Western countries were behaving hostile to Russia in the economic field by imposing sanctions. Putin also referred to NATO’s aggressive statements in his address. Putin’s warning and unexpected stance is believed to be the result of uneasiness stemming from the stiff resistance his military is facing in Ukraine and the ever-increasing sanctions. Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett has offered to mediate with the Russian President by phone. Russia’s reaction to America’s special Israel offer is yet to come.
