Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday targeted BSP chief Mayawati. He alleged that Mayawati did not even contest the elections. Rahul said, “We gave a message to Mayawati that make an alliance and become the Chief Minister. She did not even talk. Those who gave their blood, sweat and awakened the voice of Dalits in Uttar Pradesh. Today Mayawati says that I am for that voice. I will not fight.”

‘All institutions in the possession of RSS’
Rahul also raised questions on the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and the Central Government. He said that all the institutions are in the possession of the RSS. Rahul Gandhi said, “We have to save the Constitution. To save the Constitution, we have to protect the institutions. But all the institutions are under the control of the RSS.”
‘Trying to understand the country’
The Congress leader said, “There are leaders here, who are after power. They are always thinking of getting power… Now I have got a problem in that, I was born in the middle of power, but To tell the truth, I am not interested in this. Instead I try to understand the country.”
