Several other flights have also taken off. Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan said that out of 20 thousand Indians trapped in Ukraine, 6,000 have been brought home so far. Meanwhile, Union Ministers sent for coordination VK Singh Poland, Kiren Rijiju Slovakia, Hardeep Puri Hungary, while Jyotiraditya Scindia has reached Romania and Moldova.
Another Indian student dies
Another Indian student died in Ukraine for the second day in a row. Chandan Jindal, a resident of Barnala, Punjab, died after a brain stroke. Chandan had a heart attack on February 2. Blood clots formed in his brain. Doctors operated, but he went into a coma. Her father Shishan Kumar Jindal is also in Ukraine.
Advisory after Russian input : leave Kharkiv immediately
The Indian Embassy in Ukraine’s capital Kyiv on Wednesday issued two advisories in just one hour advising students to leave Kharkiv immediately. Both the advisories were issued on the basis of inputs received from Russia. Hundreds of students were taken through a safe corridor to the Ukraine border.
