-White urad dal
-cumin, fennel, coriander and black pepper
-Onion and green chilli
-coriander leaves
-Ginger and Garlic
-boiled potato
-Red chilli, turmeric and coriander
-Salt
-Manchoor powder or lemon juice
-Bread
-Water
-Oil

How to make Bread Kachori
-To make Bread Kachori, soak white urad dal.
-Then chop onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and garlic etc.
Boil and keep 2 potatoes.
-Now all you have to do is grind cumin, fennel, coriander and black pepper.
-Take a pan and add oil to it and heat it.
-Add fennel, coriander and black pepper seasoning to the oil. Add ginger and garlic to it
-Then add chopped green chillies into it.
-Mash urad dal and potatoes and add it to it.
-Now add red chilli, turmeric and coriander to it.
-Spray lightly with water, cover and cook with steam.
-Mix salt and mango powder. If it is not there then add lemon juice.
-Mix everything. After this, turn off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves.
In the end, all you have to do is take two breads, apply water on them and roll them. Now fill one spoonful of stuffing in the middle of one bread and place the other bread and stick it. When both of them stick, make a circle with a bowl and cut the bread in the design. Then apply water on the mouths of both of them and stick it. When both stick, add oil to the pan and let it heat.
