New Delhi. There is constant turmoil in the Pakistan cricket team after its poor performance in the ICC World Cup 2023. In this sequence, today Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has once again made a big change. Now Pakistan has appointed two former players as bowling coaches. PCB has appointed former Pakistan player Umar Gul as the fast bowling coach, while Saiz Ajmal has been appointed as the spin bowling coach. PCB itself has given this information through social media. Former Pakistan cricketers Umar Gul and Saeed Ajmal, members of the 2009 T20 World Cup and 2012 Asia Cup winning teams, have been appointed as Pakistan men’s team bowling coaches, the PCB said.
If we look at Umar Gul’s career, he has taken 163 wickets in 47 tests. He took 179 wickets in 130 matches in ODI and 85 wickets in 60 matches in T20. Let us tell you that Saeed Ajmal often remains in the headlines due to his controversial statements, apart from this he has also been banned due to his bowling action.
