Today Delhi Police produced all the 6 accused in Patiala House Court in the Parliament security lapse case. The police asked the court to extend the time to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet, on which the court has extended the remand period of the accused while hearing the case. While presenting the accused, Delhi Police told the court that we need 45 more days so that the investigation can be completed. After that we will file the charge sheet. After considering this, the Patiala House Court gave time till 25th May to Delhi Police to complete the investigation against all the 6 accused who breached the security of Parliament, that is, Delhi Police will have to complete the investigation in this matter by 25th May and Chargesheet will have to be filed against the accused.

Let us tell you that 6 accused, Lalit Jha, Mahesh Kumawat, Anmol, Sagar Sharma and Manoranjan D, Neelam Azad had breached the security of Parliament on the anniversary of the attack on Parliament i.e. 13 December 2023, 2 youths among the accused were in the audience gallery. They had jumped into the house and started spraying colour. After this, there was chaos in the House, after which he was arrested by Delhi Police.
