Mumbai. Pictures of the two attackers who opened fire outside Salman Khan’s house have surfaced. One attacker is seen in a black and white T-shirt, while the other is in a red T-shirt. On the basis of these photographs, the search for both of them has intensified. Central agencies have got important clues regarding both the shooters. It is noteworthy that two unidentified persons riding a motorcycle opened fire outside actor Salman Khan’s house in Mumbai in the early hours of Sunday. After which the police increased security around his residence and started searching for the accused.
A police officer said that at around 5 am, two persons fired four bullets outside ‘Galaxy Apartments’ located in Bandra area and ran away. Actor Salman Khan lives in this building. He said that security has been increased outside Khan’s residence. The police have examined the CCTV footage installed around their house to identify the accused. The officer said that a team of local police, crime branch and forensic science experts also reached the spot to collect evidence and investigation into the incident has been started.
Nothing has been officially said by the police and Khan’s family regarding whether actor Salman Khan was at home at the time of the shooting incident or not. In March last year, Khan was threatened by an e-mail sent to the office of actor Salman Khan. After which Mumbai Police had registered an FIR against gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, Goldie Brar and one other under sections including Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

This FIR was registered on the basis of a complaint given by Prashant Gunjalkar to Bandra Police. According to police, Gunjalkar often visits Khan’s Bandra residence and runs an artist management company. Police had earlier said that the email said that Khan must have seen the interview given by Lawrence Bishnoi to a news channel and if he has not, he should watch it. Gunjalkar was told in the email that if Khan wanted to close the matter, he should talk to Goldie Bhai face to face. According to the police, it was said in it, ‘There is still time but next time, the shock will be seen.’ Police had said that in June 2022, an unknown person had threatened Khan through a handwritten letter.
