Kolkata. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who arrived on a two-day visit to West Bengal, on Friday, after settling the government business, also energized BJP workers. Shah held a meeting with everyone in a closed room. According to sources, in this meeting, he directed the party leaders and workers to come out on the road against Mamata Banerjee’s government and form organizations up to the level of polling stations for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Amit Shah, who is called Chanakya of BJP, also asked not to be afraid of these incidents, while talking about the continuous attacks and killings on party workers.
He said that responsibility for every single incident of violence would be fixed. According to sources, Shah said that when the Congress governments were in Gujarat, they too had to face physical attacks. His name was put in more than 50 cases, but still he did not give up. Shah said the CBI is probing 272 cases of violence in Bengal. He called upon the party workers to come out on the streets and revive themselves. Shah said BJP had only 3 MLAs in West Bengal. This number increased to 77 last time. This is no small thing.
Sources say that Shah also mentioned in the meeting the crowd gathered during his visit to North Bengal. He said that it clearly shows that the people here want BJP. Explain that BJP worker Arjun Chaurasia was allegedly murdered in Kolkata during Amit Shah’s visit. Shah also made it an issue and termed it a political murder. He also went to meet Arjun’s family.
