Along with this, an order was also given to each to undergo additional imprisonment of four months for not depositing the amount of fine in the court. On the day of the incident, the complainant Manoj had gone to the accused Ritesh alias Lambu to ask for the rent paid. Then the accused Ritesh had avoided him while not giving the money. The complainant Manoj was then at his sister Tulsi Bai’s house when the three accused reached there and accompanied him. Beaten up. Accused Jitendra had hit an iron ax in Manoj’s head. When Rajesh had come to intervene in the quarrel, he was also killed by the accused. On behalf of the prosecution, complainant Manoj, hurt Rajesh and other witnesses were presented to Kamlibai, Tulsibai, and medical witnesses before the court. The entire incident was told by the witnesses before the court, on the basis of which the accused have been punished by the court. The incident was reported to the police station Thikri from where the police investigated and presented the charge sheet against the accused in the court.

Revenue farms came for renewal of 60 liquor shops
