New Delhi. Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi has fulfilled the promise of providing jobs to the families of 11 farmers who lost their lives during the agitation against agricultural laws. Information has been given in this regard by issuing a statement from the Punjab government. In a statement issued by the government, it was said that Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi and Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Randeep Singh Nabha have handed over the appointment letters for the job of clerks to the families of the deceased farmers. Giving information about this, CM Charanjit Singh Channi said that farmers are the backbone of the economic structure of Punjab.
In such a situation, the state government is committed to take all possible steps for the benefit of the families of the victims. The government will always stand with these families and will do everything possible for their benefit in future also. Punjab CM Charanjit Singh Channi says that the state government has already given jobs to the families of 157 deceased farmers.
Let us inform that the Punjab government had promised financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh to the farmers killed in the farmers’ agitation and a government job to one member of the family of each deceased farmer. The Punjab government says that the farmers are protesting for the interest of themselves and the country, so it is the responsibility of the government to take care of their families.
Let us inform that so far more than 700 farmers have died during protests against agricultural laws. Some of these farmers are residents of Punjab, to whom the government is giving financial help and a job to a family member. At the same time, the opposition is demanding financial help to all the farmers who died in the movement and job to the family member.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi raised the demand for financial assistance to all the farmers killed in the farmers’ movement in Parliament. Explain that the central government has withdrawn all three agricultural laws. After this, now the farmers have started returning to their homes after ending their dharna from the border.
