It is worth noting that Raj Thackeray had started the ongoing controversy in the country regarding loudspeakers. He spoke to Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray about removing loudspeakers from mosques. After this the dispute reached from Maharashtra to UP. Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath ordered the removal of illegal loudspeakers from all religious places, saying that even if loudspeakers are playing, their voice should not come out of the premises. After this order of the Yogi government, around 11 thousand loudspeakers have been removed within 72 hours.
